The dark night. Imagine what that room looked like after tryouts were over. I have never been able to see another Movie five times like I did this. I still get all excited watching this like I did when I was 7. The dark knight poster. The dark knight quotes. The dark knight online. The dark knight metal. This was the best movie ever! I watched this movie expecting it would be the best and it was. Just watching the previews with Heath Ledger playing the Joker got me hooked. i knew i had to watch this movie. And of course Heath Ledger did a great job. He totally got into his character and nailed it. This was way better than the first and one of my favorites. it was a great action film as it was very psychological and suspenseful. I cant wait until the next batman comes out.
This movie was so great that i had to watch it more than once. i wanted to watch it in imax but it was sold out and i couldn't. but i did get to watch it on a pretty big screen.
this movie was just really awesome. Everyone nailed their parts. the one thing i didn't like though was when Christian Bale was batman and spoke in that very deep annoying voice. it seemed like he was trying too hard.
Overall this was the best movie i have ever seen. or at least one of the best.

Its more like a watch once and never watch again movie. Whats the one song they play when something scary happens? I genuinely forget what it sounds like and it pisses me off.

Not throwing shade at why does I never get a feeling like this in marvel(MCU) movies. The dark knight movie. The dark knight wallpaper. This Movie has left deep repercussions to my mind. This is a masterpiece of epic proportions, one which will certainly define this Era. I feel privileged to be a part of The Dark Knight Era.
This movie is one of the best ever. It has redefined cinema, everything from the cast, acting, cinematography, background score, sound effects, storyline was just perfect, i could not believe at first, that how can everything about a movie be so perfect at the same time.
The aura of the movie was dark throughout. It is the darkest superhero movie ever, exemplifying the true essence of Batman. It is rather a classic crime drama which deal with corruption, violence, psychopaths,mobs, injustice and darkness. you can compare it with Martin Scorsese classics like Goodfellas, casino etc. Please do not confuse it to be a mere Superhero popcorn cinema. It is much more than that, This movie is pure art.
Nolan has completely transformed the outlook of superhero movie, which was long considered as a fancy costume drama, with a clichéd and extremely predictable storyline, which were meant for entertaining kids, into a Film noir which defines an Era. The main character portrayed by highly talented Christian Bale was shown with flawed personality. he was always trapped into moral ambiguity. his character was confused between righteousness and insanity, he was constantly questioning his own identity, his ways and his deeds, which is where we see a brilliant Michael Caine as Alfred, batman's loyal butler, to whom batman always looks up for advice. Morgan Freeman as Fox, although with somewhat less screen presence, yet managed to leave an impact with his role as Wayne enterprises CEO.
Character development in the movie was awesome, especially the character of Harvey Dent/Two Face. A supposedly hero which Gotham desperately was seeking. To be honest his character just made me love the movie infinitely more. moreover Aaron Eckhart has delivered a role of a lifetime. i think he deserves a whole lot of credit for what he has done. absolutely brilliant performance, a fearless man who was willing to risk anything for justice and righteousness, a true hero that entire Gotham was looking up eventually was twisted by joker and turned into Two Face (a savage filled with rage and burning in the agony of betrayal and desperately seeking revenge. this was his best role, even better from his role in "Thank You For Smoking. Gary Oldman as Gordon, Eric Roberts as Maroni, Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel have all done justice to there roles.
But the man who steals the spotlight is our very own joker Heath LEGEND. i absolutely have no words to describe his acting and the way he portrayed the role of a psychopathic, schizophrenic clown. absolutely Genius, brilliant, incredible, awesome, mid blowing, scintillating etc. if he does not deserve Oscar for this i wonder who does ? jack Nicholson sir, take a bow. he was simply out of the world, he personified joker even better than the comic book represented. he made the character quirky and extremely scary which are exactly the attributes of this hideous mass murderer villain of the Batman series (The Joker is not supposed to be funny. the violent insanity, the murderous intent, was evident on every move and expression he made. not even a single moment did the joker loose his grace. he proved why joker is the best villain of Batman ever. it's so unfortunate that he cannot witness the enigma he left behind with his performance. All Hail Heath Ledger !
It is a crime to miss such great cinema. And it is an honor just to witness this epic masterpiece. Ah! i feel so damn privileged !
